What you will do
- Lead paid search strategy and daily execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Shopping.
- Manage and run multilingual campaigns across multiple international markets.
- Utilize AI, scripts, and LLMs to scale keywords, test ad copy, and optimize Smart Bidding and Performance Max.
- Implement value-based bidding by connecting ad accounts to CRM to optimize for real pipeline and revenue.
- Manage conversion tracking and data quality, including server-side tracking and attribution.
- Optimize landing pages and execute A/B tests in collaboration with content, design, and product marketing to improve CRO.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEM and paid search, with advanced expertise in Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, Smart Bidding, and scripts to scale campaigns.
- Strong CRO skills and proven experience in landing page testing.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Background in B2B SaaS startups or scale-ups with a strong grasp of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Ads.
- Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
- Knowledge of SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling.
