What you will do

• Lead the local technology team to drive commercial outcomes and manage talent with diverse skillsets.
• Act as the primary connection point between local business stakeholders, regional leadership, and global functional teams.
• Align local business requirements with global technology standards and policies.
• Embed best-in-class technology solutions including AI and DLT into solution delivery.
• Oversee cybersecurity and business continuity in collaboration with global teams.
• Manage regulatory engagements and external client requests such as DDQs and RFPs.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of leadership and management experience within a technology function.
• Experience in a global financial services organization, specifically within investment management.
• Proven track record in change and transformation programs.
• Knowledge of technology delivery best practices and latest trends (AI, DLT, Quantum Computing).
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a science or technology-related field.
