Associate Director, Technology Hong Kong & Singapore (AI)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Hybrid workplace model with at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office and one day outside an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Lead the regional technology function and local technology team across Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders while aligning local priorities with global technology standards and policies.
• Oversee technology development across applications, systems architecture, data infrastructure, warehouses, machine learning platforms, and algorithms.
• Deliver and support software solutions across web, mobile, middleware, legacy, and mainframe environments.
• Embed AI, DLT, and emerging technologies into technology solutions and support cybersecurity and business continuity.
• Coordinate regulatory engagements, client requests, due diligence questionnaires, and requests for proposal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience leading application technology functions within global financial services.
• Strong record of delivering large-scale technology, digital transformation, and change management initiatives.
• Understanding of investment management business processes and technology delivery best practices.
• Awareness of emerging trends in AI, DLT, and quantum computing.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and talent management skills.
