AI Forward Deployed Engineer

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and build tools that address them.
• Gather requirements, secure data access, and work autonomously across customer success, exchange operations, trading, and custody.
• Prototype and ship solutions using LLMs, n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, Python, or other suitable tools.
• Build and maintain production AI systems, including RAG pipelines, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and internal agents.
• Run workshops and training sessions for non-technical teams.
• Define metrics, track outcomes, and communicate the impact of shipped solutions.

Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped tools, personal projects, public demos, write-ups, or similar evidence of practical work.
• At least 2 years of formal experience shipping tools used by others.
• Strong practical experience with LLMs, coding agents, model selection, and agent coordination.
• Production engineering instincts, including evaluations, error handling, and observability.
• Process-driven documentation skills and the ability to translate technical work into business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qdrant, Pinecone, pgvector, or other vector databases.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Basic Docker and containerization knowledge.
• Exposure to blockchain or trading concepts.
