Location: Hybrid, Glasgow. Must hold British Citizenship (Sole British National or dual national) due to national security requirements.

What you will do
- Supervise and support colleagues within the Casualty team to ensure claims are handled per client requirements.
- Handle and investigate NIHL claims from cradle to grave, either independently or via field adjusters.
- Liaise with insurers, policyholders, and brokers to gather evidence and documentation.
- Prepare detailed reports advising on policy indemnity, legal liability, quantum, and tactics.
- Negotiate settlements within agreed authority limits.
- Manage personal caseload and maintain proper reserves.
Requirements
- Experience handling Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal.
- Experience with liability claims investigation and injury claim valuation.
- Must hold British Citizenship (no restrictions on working in the UK).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
