What you will do

• Supervise and support colleagues within the Casualty team to ensure claims are handled per client requirements.
• Handle and investigate NIHL claims from cradle to grave, either independently or via field adjusters.
• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, and brokers to gather evidence and documentation.
• Prepare detailed reports advising on policy indemnity, legal liability, quantum, and tactics.
• Negotiate settlements within agreed authority limits.
• Manage personal caseload and maintain proper reserves.

Requirements

• Experience handling Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating a diverse team.
• Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal.
• Experience with liability claims investigation and injury claim valuation.
• Must hold British Citizenship (no restrictions on working in the UK).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
