What you will do

• Lead the development of data visualization for identity verification and authentication, including Digital ID and Universal Login capabilities.
• Deliver and automate high-quality dashboards and reports to present information clearly and efficiently.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new platforms from initial build to production phases.
• Develop data assets to monitor and report on customer identity processes across all channels and scenarios.
• Create reporting frameworks to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data visualization, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Proven experience in customer ID and authentication (CIAM).
• Technical expertise in crafting dashboards, monitoring tools, and data models.
• Ability to translate complex analytical outcomes into business impacts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills to align data solutions with enterprise reporting strategies.
