What you will do

• Own the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of financial data and reporting across all brands.
• Maintain and improve core revenue, order, and refund models while standardizing reporting for UK, EU, AU, JP, and CA markets.
• Build and document reliable data for SEC reporting in collaboration with the US Hims & Hers team.
• Develop product COGS and services cost models to inform capital allocation through payback analysis.
• Implement automated data quality monitoring, validation checks, and end-to-end documentation.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to optimize data collection and reduce reporting impacts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, financial, or commercial analytics.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade data models.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, specifically with BigQuery.
• Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts such as Revenue, CAC, Payback, and LTV.
• Strong ownership mentality and disciplined documentation habits.

Nice to have

• Experience with public market reporting.
• Familiarity with financial tools like Stripe, Zip, or ERP systems like Netsuite.
• Experience using BI tools such as Sigma.
