What you will do
- Lead UX design initiatives from discovery and problem definition through final implementation.
- Design scalable, collaborative digital experiences for enterprise and learning environments.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate product decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to balance UX quality with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Establish and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across visual and interaction patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing scalable digital products for end users.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components and libraries.
- Strong visual design foundation with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect experiences.
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how technical constraints influence design.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-powered features or using GenAI tools.
- Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or educational technology.
