What you will do

• Lead the design and maintenance of reliable CI/CD pipelines across multiple repositories and branches.
• Develop reusable pipeline templates and internal tooling to standardize best practices and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery feedback loops.
• Build and enhance deployment tooling, including installers, packaging, and automated validation workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex build and deployment issues through root cause analysis and preventative improvements.
• Integrate security practices such as SAST/SCA into pipelines and remediation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong depth of experience in DevOps, release engineering, and CI/CD environments.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, and modern software build/test automation processes.
• Technical proficiency in Windows-based build and deployment workflows.
• Working knowledge of scripting and tools such as Python, PowerShell, C#, and WPF.
• Familiarity with deployment automation and configuration tools such as Ansible.

Nice to have

• Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus) and Git-based source control workflows.
• Exposure to security tooling integration (SAST/SCA) and automated validation workflows.
• Experience with virtualization, containers, and DevSecOps practices.
