TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects related to speech-enabled IVR and voice solutions.
  • Act as the primary client-facing lead to manage stakeholder expectations, trust, and communication.
  • Establish and improve delivery processes, governance, planning, tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, analysts, and vendors.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner with Product and Technical Leads on backlog planning and delivery sequencing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar technical delivery leadership role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or technical delivery roles.
  • Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale technical projects (software development, systems integration, cloud platforms).
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and distributed teams in client-facing and outsourcing environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in contact center, CX, IVR, or related technical domains.
