What you will do
- Develop and implement local strategies to drive revenue growth for restaurant and merchant ads business.
- Build and manage relationships with global brands, franchises, and local merchants.
- Execute ads and promos sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and customer acquisition.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing local sales team to exceed targets.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular ROI and trend updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management within advertising, restaurants, or retail.
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills to inform business decisions.
- Located in Lithuania.
