What you will do

• Lead and develop the AVSEC team, focusing on performance, growth, and engagement.
• Promote and maintain hirify.global Hungary and Group AVSEC standards, policies, and procedures.
• Execute security risk analysis, threat assessments, and contingency planning.
• Coordinate security compliance, audits, and quality control across airports, bases, and third-party providers.
• Liaise with aviation authorities, government bodies, and law enforcement agencies.
• Manage security measures for high-risk flights and passengers, including No-Fly list matters.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in aviation.
• Previous managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of aviation security, security audits, and threat assessment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SMS, SeMS, and security management systems.

Nice to have

• ICAO ASTP/Management or IATA Management qualification.
