What you will do

• Lead physical and digital advance work for executive travel and high-profile events.
• Coordinate between executive teams, enterprise security, aviation, and law enforcement.
• Monitor and analyze protective intelligence to proactively mitigate emerging threats.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and security standards.
• Manage third-party security vendors to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Track KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership to optimize program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executive protection, protective operations, or corporate security.
• Proven track record supporting C-suite executives or high-profile individuals.
• Strong expertise in threat assessments, risk mitigation, and protective intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage third-party security vendors and contract programs.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally on short notice (approx. 25%).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle highly confidential information.
