Product Designer - MyGroove (Mobile Apps)

Location: Elsbethen, Austria

Minimum salary: EUR 2,535 gross per month; market-oriented compensation is significantly higher.

What you will do

• Support ideation and creative exploration of new features and user experiences based on user needs, industry developments, data, and stakeholder feedback.
• Create end-to-end designs from initial concepts through final Figma handover in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Review and optimize product designs to make the experience intuitive, appealing, and easy to use.
• Validate design direction using user data and current design practices.
• Collaborate with other product designers in an agile process with short iteration cycles and extensive feedback.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating mobile app design, including a relevant work sample in the application.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, ProtoPie, and Rive.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Availability for 0–10% travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development best practices.
• Illustration or animation skills.
