Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer: Crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for a global pet care marketplace with an accent on booking flows, cross-platform communication, and secure payments. Focus on applying user-centered design principles, leveraging data and research to refine designs, and ensuring consistent visual aesthetics across all devices.

Location: This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Barcelona Office in the Poblenou neighborhood two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. For this reason, candidates must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to establish requirements and user experiences.
• Run workshops to define strategic product investment opportunities.
• Partner with UX Research for user and usability testing throughout the product lifecycle.
• Employ a human-centered design approach, blending insights, data, and user research.
• Take ownership of projects, incorporating feedback to enhance the community’s experience.
• Create engaging customer experiences from concept to engineering-ready deliverables.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/Product design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and other prototyping software.
• Experience across web, mobile web, and native apps.
• Ability to consolidate diverse stakeholder views and collaborate effectively.
• Data-driven design approach and in-depth knowledge of UXR methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to high-quality work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, user experience design, or equivalent professional experience.
