What you will do

• Advise Revolut Bank UAB on legal and regulatory issues related to prudential requirements, structuring, and marketing/promotion of banking and group products.
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues for operations and support the group on prudential requirements globally.
• Structure and expand banking products, managing applications and communications with the ECB/JST/SRB.
• Manage operational risk through regulatory filings and preparation for registrations.
• Identify, assess, manage, and report legal risk related to banking products.
• Coordinate with external counsel and lead complex legal matters with short turnaround times.

Requirements

• Location: Remote from France, Ireland, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, or Spain (or work from an office in Barcelona, Bucharest, Dublin, Lisbon, Madrid, Paris, or Vilnius).
• 6+ years of PQE.
• Strong academic and law firm credentials.
• Expertise in financial regulations and advising on prudential requirements (e.g., CRD, DGSD, BRRD, SSMR, SRMR) including relevant level 2 and 3 rules.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Sound judgement and ability to make decisions under ambiguity and pressure.
