What you will do

• Provide L2 and L3 support for the Oracle Fusion ERP environment
• Partner with business stakeholders to resolve functional issues across AR, AP, Procurement, and GL
• Serve as the functional point-of-contact for critical incidents
• Own and drive the end-to-end quarterly patch upgrade process
• Execute application testing for break-fixes and minor enhancements
• Support SOX compliance through ITGC and SOP adherence

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP as a functional analyst
• Deep functional expertise in AR, AP, GL, and Procurement
• Experience configuring Oracle Fusion module setups including SLA rules and BPM workflows
• Proven ability to create and maintain functional design documentation
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and ITGC controls
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion certification in financials modules
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Exposure to Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
• Prior experience in an AMS delivery model
