What you will do

• Lead the team in repairing equipment malfunctions and executing preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate daily maintenance objectives and manage resources to ensure plant output and quality targets.
• Implement and standardize systems and processes according to GPS methodology.
• Drive energy-saving and cost-reduction projects, including equipment upgrades and utility troubleshooting.
• Support the implementation of new projects within the responsible area.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS&S management, quality systems, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of industrial equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a management role.
• Strong ability to break down complex goals into executable action plans.
• Logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required for a professional work environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in maintenance or reliability roles within the tire industry.
