What you will do

• Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades for manufacturing.
• Secure productivity and efficiency in the design of processes for new products.
• Lead the APQP process to ensure timely implementation and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop design and production standards.
• Manage capacity bottlenecks, asset maintenance, and the CAPEX process.
• Support DFX and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 15 years of experience in process industrialization.
• Knowledge of mass production in consumer industries.
• Fluent in English and Chinese required.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as PFMEA, Control plan, MSA, and DOE.
• Familiarity with plastic parts, motors, and PCBA.
