What you will do

• Manage warranty issues and punch lists according to Project Management instructions.
• Coordinate resources including engineering, purchasing, and onsite workforce.
• Maintain detailed logbooks of milestones and incidents during the warranty period.
• Communicate with customers and provide technical support.
• Plan and oversee site activities and shutdown operations.
• Conduct inspections of processes and equipment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Foshan, China
• English: Fluent proficiency required
• Experience in field installation and shutdown activities.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering and product development.
• Proven leadership experience and team-building skills.
• Strong conflict management skills and a proactive service mindset.
