What you will do

  • Lead strategic CRM initiatives to boost customer lifecycle performance, revenue, and conversion rates.
  • Transition the CRM team into a strategic advisory role and own the global CRM roadmap.
  • Launch and manage agentic AI decisioning and personalization capabilities for segmentation and content timing.
  • Oversee campaign execution and optimization across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Develop and scale the CRM team, improving operational excellence and lifecycle strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in strategic stakeholder management and advising cross-functional teams using data-driven insights.
  • Deep expertise in customer journeys and scaling personalization capabilities across channels.
  • Hands-on technical administration skills and tactical depth with Braze or Customer.io.
  • Strong background in marketing analytics to optimize lifecycle metrics like MAC and revenue.
  • Experience in people management and evolving operating models during company scaling.
