What you will do

  • Drive commercial performance by leading strategic CRM initiatives that boost customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Transition the CRM team from execution to a strategic advisory role within the organization.
  • Pioneer and scale agentic AI decisioning and personalization capabilities across global markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and evolve the CRM team as the company scales its operations.
  • Oversee campaign optimization across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app channels.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Paris for an on-site role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms like Braze or Customer.io.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and elevating a marketing function.
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven lifecycle optimization.
  • Experience managing and scaling teams within a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-driven personalization and decisioning at scale.
  • Background in fintech or B2B SaaS marketing.
