What you will do

• Research client industries and stakeholders to prepare briefing materials for discovery sessions.
• Process meeting transcripts using AI workflows to generate structured intelligence records.
• Produce client-facing deliverables, including AI Maturity Indexes and Tech Stack Assessments.
• Manage project scheduling and task tracking in ClickUp to ensure engagement milestones are met.
• Coordinate cross-team handoffs between Product, Research, and Engineering.
• Drive routine follow-up with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an agency, consulting, or client-services environment.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken) is required for daily coordination with US-based teams.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Obsessive organizational skills with experience tracking multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and task management platforms like ClickUp.
• Genuine curiosity and hands-on experience with LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT.
