What you will do

• Develop data reporting requirements for Banque de France and European Anti-Money Laundering authorities.
• Investigate financial crime data analytics and implement key risk indicators.
• Collaborate with MLROs and FinCrime teams to oversee risk management frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end analysis from conceptualization to visualization and presentation.
• Design key metrics to measure business performance and support Product and Support teams.
• Create and maintain aggregated views and dashboards to simplify data querying and insight tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in France, Ireland, Portugal, or Spain.
• Strong knowledge of financial crime concepts and data.
• Proven experience in an analytical role creating impactful solutions.
• Solid background in a quantitative discipline with strong mathematical and statistics knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or another programming language.
• Experience in financial services or banking.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a core STEM subject.
• Experience with Java, Scala, or C++.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Participation in academic competitions in physics, math, economics, or programming.
