TL;DR
Financial Analyst / Data Analyst (Financial Modeling, Business Intelligence): Transforming financial and operational data into dashboards, forecasts, financial models, and strategic recommendations with an accent on SQL analysis, FP&A, and executive reporting. Focus on building three-statement models, performing scenario and variance analysis, and improving reporting accuracy for leadership decision-making.
Location: Remote from Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico; working hours aligned with U.S. client business hours

is recruiting for a client organization seeking financial and operational insights for strategic decision-making.
What you will do
- Build and maintain three-statement financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and investment evaluations.
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyze financial and operational data with SQL and spreadsheet tools.
- Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Prepare monthly reports, executive summaries, and board-level presentations.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Leadership to present recommendations and improve reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or data analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, advanced formulas, and financial modeling.
- Strong SQL skills covering data extraction, joins, and query optimization.
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business presentation skills.
- Ability to work U.S. client business hours and be based in Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico.
Nice to have
- Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Experience in SaaS, finance, healthcare, or similar industries.
- Experience building executive dashboards and automated reporting.
