What you will do

• Build and maintain three-statement financial models and rolling projections.
• Query, extract, and analyze complex datasets using SQL.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Perform variance, scenario, and ROI analysis to support strategic planning.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to present data-driven recommendations.
• Validate financial data integrity and improve reporting standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, query optimization, data extraction).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling).
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Background in SaaS, Finance, or Healthcare industries.
• Experience building automated executive reporting.
