What you will do
- Lead and motivate the Systemic Team to deliver high-quality, relationship-based practice.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and training to practitioners.
- Conduct highly specialist clinical assessments and direct work for children and families.
- Offer systemic consultation to operational teams to develop effective support plans.
- Contribute to strategic service development, quality assurance, and audit activities.
- Advocate for resources and policy changes to improve outcomes for vulnerable children.
Requirements
- Must hold a UK recognised Systemic Psychotherapy/Family Therapy qualification at Master’s level.
- Must be UKCP registered and hold a UK recognised qualification in Systemic Supervision.
- Must be a member of the Association of Family and Systemic Therapists.
- Proven experience in operational leadership of diverse statutory teams in complex settings.
- Strong knowledge of legislation and practice relating to child social care.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
