What you will do
- Provide customer support online via email and chat.
- Process incoming requests and provide technical troubleshooting.
- Analyze causes of contact and identify refined solutions for routine and complex tasks.
- Interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Prepare operational reports.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer support.
- English: B2+ level required.
- Time zone: Ability to work within GMT+1 to GMT+5.
- Experience with ticket systems and MS Office.
- Analytical thinking, punctuality, and stress-resistance.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
