What you will do

  • Provide customer support online via email and chat.
  • Process incoming requests and provide technical troubleshooting.
  • Analyze causes of contact and identify refined solutions for routine and complex tasks.
  • Interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare operational reports.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support.
  • English: B2+ level required.
  • Time zone: Ability to work within GMT+1 to GMT+5.
  • Experience with ticket systems and MS Office.
  • Analytical thinking, punctuality, and stress-resistance.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
