What you will do

• Ensure effective QHSE and security governance, maintaining compliance with ISO standards and national regulations.
• Own and improve the site’s certification and audit program, managing both internal and external audits.
• Develop systems for incident management, risk assessments, and non-conformance handling.
• Drive a strong safety and security culture through proactive initiatives, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and root cause analysis for incidents.
• Act as Site Security Responsible (SSR), overseeing ISO 27001 requirements and facility-related technical installations.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in QHSE or engineering.
• Solid experience in QHSE or security leadership within industrial or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and security legislation, standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead risk assessments and continuous improvement processes.
• English and Norwegian proficiency (written and spoken) required.
