Document Controller (Data Center)

What you will do

• Establish and manage document control systems for large-scale hyperscale data centre construction projects.
• Log, version-control, review, approve, distribute, and archive drawings, specifications, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain naming conventions, revision management, transmittal procedures, audit trails, and document governance.
• Coordinate information flow between project teams, design managers, contractors, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide document control training and prepare reports and dashboards on document status, approvals, and outstanding actions.
• Improve digital document management procedures, automation, efficiency, and project close-out archiving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in document control or information management within a data centre or mission-critical construction environment.
• Proficiency in Procore.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, revision control, approval workflows, governance, and compliance.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent English required; Norwegian is preferred.
