What you will do

• Establish and manage document control systems for large-scale construction projects.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurately logged, version-controlled, and traceable.
• Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and formatting.
• Manage document workflows, approvals, and distribution using platforms like Procore.
• Implement protocols that comply with governance frameworks and regional regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams, partners, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in document control within data center or mission-critical construction environments.
• Proficiency in Procore.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, revision control, and approval workflows.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of technical information.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are preferred.
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and capable of working independently.
