What you will do

• Provide technical support and leadership to project managers for proper decision-making
• Secure technical quality assurance and ensure project deliveries meet customer requirements
• Develop and engineer system solutions, improvements, and project-specific technical documentation
• Create sales orders and establish feasible, cost-effective technical solutions
• Collaborate across disciplines on system assembly, mounting, and integration

Requirements

• B.Sc or M.Sc in systems engineering, automation, cybernetics, or similar
• Relevant practical experience; electrical/mechanical background can compensate for lack of formal education
• Knowledge of vessel/offshore systems; experience in system design, integration, and technical leadership
• Hands-on experience assembling and mounting multidisciplinary systems (electrical and mechanical)
• Proactive mindset, responsibility, methodical approach, and commitment to company procedures
