What you will do

• Monitor and respond to new regulations and market best practices related to crypto and blockchain.
• Handle and answer inquiries from regulators.
• Support the Compliance team with regulatory tests.
• Provide regulatory advisories to business areas on products and procedures.
• Prevent and detect anomalies that could lead to regulatory gaps.
• Register and maintain action plans to comply with regulatory requirements and deadlines, including conflict-of-interest evaluation when applicable.

Requirements

• Experience and/or knowledge of the crypto and/or blockchain industry.
• Ability to deeply analyze new rules and understand their impacts.
• Advanced English.
• Clear, objective communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Writing skills and objectiveness.
