What you will do

• Embed within a Forward Deployed Experience Pod to redesign client workflows centered around AI.
• Define success metrics and KPIs with executive sponsors and ensure the delivery of measurable business outcomes.
• Break complex business problems into small, composable, and shippable units for daily production progress.
• Collaborate directly with engineers and designers within the client's stack to build functional AI experiences.
• Manage governance, security, and evaluation frameworks for AI in production, including guardrails and human-in-the-loop design.
• Transfer solution ownership to client domain experts through coaching, documentation, and establishing team rituals.

Requirements

• Senior Product Management experience in a digital consultancy or product organization with a proven track record of shipping production software.
• T-shaped skill profile: deep specialty in product, with hands-on ability to reason about code and prototype interactions in Figma.
• Direct experience taking AI or ML solutions from concept into full production.
• Fluency with modern AI tooling across the SDLC, including agent evaluation frameworks.
• Strong executive presence and ability to operate as a partner to C-level sponsors.
• Must be based in the USA.
