What you will do

• Own the day-to-day management of social channels including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Write and edit blog content that simplifies complex supply chain topics for a professional audience.
• Produce the company newsletter from end to end, including story selection and copywriting.
• Design on-brand marketing assets and graphics using Canva.
• Edit and caption short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Cultivate an influencer network and coach internal executives on social media presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill dense logistics topics into clear, engaging content.
• Hands-on experience managing owned media channels and social media best practices.
• Proficiency in basic design tools like Canva and video editing software for short-form content.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois as this is an onsite role.

Nice to have

• Experience building creator or influencer programs.
• Background in B2B, logistics, or the tech industry.
