What you will do

• Design and implement a standardized global QA/QC framework for BIM/VDC projects.
• Oversee model audits, clash detection, and constructability reviews to ensure compliance with LOD/LOI requirements.
• Mentor and train BIM coordinators and modelers on best practices and quality standards.
• Develop QA/QC dashboards and reporting to track performance trends across projects.
• Explore and implement AI and rule-based checking tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to reduce RFIs and rework.

Requirements

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience with deep knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for auditing and clash detection.
• US work authorization is required.
• Proven experience auditing federated models and enforcing BIM standards like ISO 19650.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building QA/QC frameworks across multiple teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate complex technical requirements.
