What you will do

• Administer and optimize Okta, including SSO integrations and provisioning workflows.
• Manage ConductorOne for user access reviews and time-based access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce least privilege and secure onboarding/offboarding.
• Develop and document IAM policies while ensuring audit readiness.
• Monitor IAM-related alerts and incidents to maintain system security.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for IAM workflows and security operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IAM administration, specifically with Okta or ConductorOne.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
• Strong knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC), SCIM, and IAM best practices.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications into centralized IAM systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud identity models, preferably GCP.
• Proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Nice to have

• Experience in broader security operations, vulnerability management, or compliance.
• Background in IT automation within fast-paced environments.
