What you will do

• Perform administrative tasks for the full device lifecycle, including check-ins, service ticket management, and warranty verification.
• Review, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer devices to identify performance issues and required repairs.
• Coordinate the physical transfer of devices and parts between offices, including shipping, receiving, and manifest preparation.
• Update internal and client asset management systems to document lifecycle details and resolution steps.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and security applications according to client requirements.
• Manage hardware setups for onboarding and offboarding projects and maintain organized inventory for storage or e-waste.

Requirements

• Must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States
• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Familiarity with device repairs, shipping/receiving, or general IT workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with Netsuite or similar SaaS platforms
