What you will do

• Lead customer-facing security conversations and manage the security review lifecycle for sales deals.
• Streamline and lead external audit processes including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001/27701/42001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
• Perform risk assessments to identify gaps and drive remediation efforts.
• Oversee and improve the vendor risk management framework.
• Establish metrics to track compliance program effectiveness and report risk to stakeholders.
• Build and automate processes to achieve continuous compliance across the technology control environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in security governance, IT audit, or security compliance management.
• 3+ years of program management experience affecting technology decisions.
• End-to-end experience with SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST, HIPAA, TISAX, ISO 27001/27701/42001, FedRAMP, and PCI-DSS audits.
• Hands-on technical experience with software implementation and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record of building relationships with business leads and regulators.

• Experience building GRC engineering tooling.
• Experience with AI security frameworks such as AIUC.
