What you will do

• Serve as the primary trust operations contact for EMEA and international teams.
• Manage inbound security requests and questionnaires using AI-assisted assurance tools.
• Coordinate external audit engagements including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Support internal IT control self-assessments and gap remediation planning.
• Execute vendor risk management activities and maintain assurance records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain policies, standards, and SOPs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in GRC, information security, audit, or compliance.
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Proven experience with external audit engagements like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with GDPR and regional regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills for conveying risk topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate compliance research and documentation.

Nice to have

• Progress toward or interest in CISA, CRISC, or related certifications.
• Experience in a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
