What you will do

• Drive end-to-end GenAI projects from conception to production.
• Build, optimize, and deploy ML models in collaboration with software engineers.
• Research innovative machine learning approaches for GenAI applications.
• Analyze large datasets to develop actionable insights.
• Establish scalable, automated processes for model development and validation.
• Present results to senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building ML models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience using managed ML/AI solutions.
• Experience with large scale ML systems, including profiling and debugging.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Seattle, WA, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, or scipy.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Java, or Perl.
• Expertise in neural deep learning methods.
