What you will do

• Develop and execute sustainable operations strategies for real estate portfolios across various asset types.
• Implement multi-year site-specific energy reduction plans, including capex and opex investment recommendations.
• Lead ASHRAE Level I and II energy audits and identify energy conservation measures.
• Identify and manage resource efficiency projects focusing on energy, carbon, water, and waste.
• Track, analyze, and report sustainable operations metrics and ensure compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
• Develop annual utility forecasts and analyze rates to identify cost reduction opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, environmental science, energy management, sustainability or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in an engineering or analytical role related to building management, commercial real estate, or energy services.
• Ability to perform energy savings calculations for HVAC, building envelope, and lighting using Excel and simulation models.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive energy management programs.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerBI.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA.
