What you will do

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and transform data using Excel or Python/R.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Prepare monthly reports, executive summaries, and board decks for leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and sales teams to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico.
• Must be available to work during U.S. client business hours.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, data modeling).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Industry experience in SaaS, Finance, or Healthcare.
• Proven track record of building executive-level dashboards.
