What you will do

• Perform on-site fault triage and repair for vehicle software and hardware to maximize fleet uptime.
• Respond to technical issues within a strict 5-minute SLA to ensure continuous operations.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical faults.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, including shift-based work on weekends and holidays.
• Strictly adhere to safety and compliance protocols during all diagnosis and repair activities.
• Provide operational feedback to optimize field engineering processes and support efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in vehicle diagnostics and software/hardware fault triage.
• Experience in fleet operations, automotive systems, or ADAS technology.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, software monitoring platforms (e.g., Datadog, Mender), and JIRA.
• Must be based in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
• Ability to work shift-based schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.
