What you will do

• Provide authoritative advice on challenging tax matters and research nuanced subjects.
• Lead review and quality control of intricate tax returns to ensure compliance and optimal positions.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2-4 tax associates.
• Interact with high-profile and complex clients.
• Develop and design tax models based on current regulations and tax strategies.
• Assess tax software and develop operational best practices.

Requirements

• CPA license with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with S-Corporations, HNWIs, professional services, and real estate.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a tax team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• Deep knowledge of federal tax law, pass-throughs, corporations, and gift tax planning.
• Familiarity with private equity and venture capital clients.
