What you will do

• Gather and translate business requirements specifically for learning platform ecosystems (LMS, TMS, LCMS, LXP).
• Produce clear, structured documentation including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops and mediate between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and deliver training materials and sessions to support end-user adoption and organizational readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated knowledge of learning platform ecosystems and the training industry landscape.
• Proficiency in creating documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• English: B2 fluency.
• French: B2 fluency.
• Must be based in Portugal with a valid work permit or EU citizenship.
