What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements for new interfaces and integration projects.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead requirements workshops and validate interface business logic.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support interface delivery from project kick-off through testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, coordinating priorities and dependencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements and creating functional/technical specifications.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts including APIs, ETL processes, and data mapping.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese or French.
