What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across strategic, digital, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business objectives, drivers, and success criteria.
• Analyze current-state processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and functional specifications.
• Evaluate solution options and contribute to technology or vendor selection.
• Build and maintain business cases, benefits hypotheses, and value tracking mechanisms.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid background in tech or business consulting, ideally within the insurance sector.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Ability to exert influence across geographically distributed stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Lean Black Belt Certification.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector.
• Fluency in other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Flemish).
