What you will do

• Develop high-performance, stable service components and client-side modules using Rust or Kotlin.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, controlling development progress and resolving technical risks or online faults.
• Provide technical support and communication for internal and external partners within the AI ecosystem.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operation specifications.
• Design technical solutions for customer business scenarios and produce technical consultation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Rust or Kotlin with practical commercial project development experience.
• Expertise in memory management, concurrent programming, and underlying performance optimization.
• Solid foundation in AI, including LLMs, AI inference, vector databases, and AI application logic.
• Must be based in and work on-site in Beijing for the duration of the project.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM Application Frameworks.
• Advanced skills in performance tuning.
