What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement optimized AI models using hirify.global products.
• Prototype and develop AI software, including open-source libraries tailored for hirify.global hardware.
• Research technical trends to enhance the performance of deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Optimize AI algorithms and hardware interactions to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Debug and resolve technical issues related to AI software and frameworks.
• Develop competitive benchmark collateral to influence product design and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of hands-on experience in AI solutions development (internships, projects, or coursework).
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Foundational knowledge of computer architecture, compilers, operating systems, and computer networks.
• Must be able to work on-site in Shanghai, China.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience optimizing deep learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with inference-serving frameworks like vLLM or SGLang.
• Strong problem-solving and software debugging skills.
