What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation projects for business units including Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support.
• Translate business pain points into scoped AI-driven proposals and implement practical solutions like copilots and automated workflows.
• Personally prototype "quick-win" internal tools, automation scripts, and prompt-based workflows.
• Act as a technical bridge and AI PM for large-scale initiatives, partnering with engineering and R&D teams for delivery.
• Develop reusable AI playbooks, templates, and prompt libraries to scale transformation efforts across the organization.
• Run AI literacy activities for non-technical teams to translate AI capabilities into adoptable use cases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project execution, product management, or technical delivery.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-based tools and prototypes (comfortable with "vibe coding").
• Strong understanding of the modern AI stack, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, or other highly regulated industries.
• Previous experience working cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, or GBS functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Lark/Feishu or MCP-based integrations.
• Experience contributing to an internal AI Center of Excellence or enablement program.
