What you will do

• Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and resolve friction points using AI tooling and integrations.
• Build applications and integrations on top of hirify.global's APIs and SDKs to demonstrate AI-assisted development.
• Develop AI tools to enhance the overall efficiency of the technology department.
• Ship production-ready code used by internal teams or external customers.
• Utilize agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor as the primary development workflow.
• Participate in weekly lightning-talk demos to showcase AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Shanghai.
• Proven passion for building through side projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
• Fluency in AI agentic tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Comfort with developing modern full-stack solutions.
• Current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Availability to work 3 to 6 months, at least 4 days a week.
