Salary: $117,300 – $169,000 (depending on region)

What you will do

• Support high-impact tax projects tied to business growth, new structures, and market expansion.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors to provide business-oriented tax support.
• Evaluate and implement tax considerations for international expansion and evolving business needs.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen the tax function's scalability.
• Take ownership of priority direct tax workstreams and operational projects.
• Build cross-functional relationships to respond quickly to complex, high-priority tax matters.

Requirements

• 7+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally across public accounting and in-house roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state corporate income tax compliance and provision work.
• Familiarity with international tax concepts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting strategic tax matters and special projects beyond standard compliance.
• Ability to explain complex tax issues clearly to cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter mindset capable of managing priorities independently in a fast-moving environment.
