Associate Business Intelligence Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Associate Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI/SQL): Developing and enhancing BI reports and dashboards for financial services with an accent on data transformation and business insights. Salary: $74,124.00 - $118,608.00

What you will do

• Develop, test, and deliver BI services, including the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Analyze existing offerings and prepare technical documentation to recommend upgrades.
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis of competitor offerings to improve product effectiveness.
• Gather and document user requirements to define detailed technical specifications.
• Support senior analysts with data requests, report preparation, and initiatives to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX measures, and calculated columns.
• Strong SQL proficiency with hands-on experience in Snowflake or similar modern data environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps for task management and sprint delivery.
• Proven ability in business data analysis, requirements elicitation, and technical writing.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite 5 days a week in Nashville, TN.
